Why is CircleTalk unique? Does it make a difference?

CircleTalk is a field-tested and research-driven program based on best practices in healthy group dynamics. It can happen in any setting where people gather. Participants become familiar with each other quickly and are encouraged to fully participate in activities and discussions. Groups form substantial bonds with each other and a high level of trust and belonging as they are guided by CircleTalk Leaders.

  • a significant reduction in feelings of isolation

How do I bring CircleTalk to people seeking connection?

Get trained as a CircleTalk Leader! Our virtual training program includes five self-paced modules of online activities and learning and three in-person, 90-minute Zoom coaching calls with your co-trainees.

Skillfully designed small group interactions, simulations and practice exercises are led by Master Trainers. Trainees are coached through a “felt” experience of connection through carefully curated conversations. Trainees learn how to facilitate connection in a real-time learning experience and receive all program materials to start a CircleTalk program immediately.

CircleTalk can also be brought into your organization or network to do a one-day, live or virtual Bootcamp! Talk to us about what fits for you.
